1)Job Title : Assistant Officer, Finance

    Salary : RM 1,900.00

Requirements:

* Must be Malaysian citizens

* Candidates must possess at least a Graduate Diploma in Financial/Accounting or equivalent

* Familiar with financial policy and procedures, full sets of account and data analysis

* Good in Malay and English written and verbal communication skills

* Independent, analytical and critical thinking in problem solving approaches

* Good in time management and planning

* Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with internal and external parties

* Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure

* Positive attitude, good working attitude, willing to learn new things

* Able to work on weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities:

* Liaise closely and work together with all other sections including team leader and team manager

* Support Marketing Section pertaining to any issues arising from customer complaint

* Support preparation of quality inspection plans and procedure

* Record the chat traffic changes for every channel used by the operation team which mainly use it to communicate with clients

* Carry out inspection and keeping tract on rejects and rework production

* Performing quality audits of all activities related to service quality

* Assisting in developing audit schedules and plans and conducting audits

* Develop corrective action activities and follow up on implementation

* Providing support in achieving and following up on implementation

* Assisting in product testing, troubleshooting and problem solving

* Prepare weekly summary of improvement and query report
